The name of the grinder says it all. The Baratza Preciso is a precision grinder with a micro-adjust system that can be dialed in like a commercial grinder. It will give you a consistent concise grind with little fines to ensure a flavorful and balanced extraction. Not only does the Preciso feature the great standard Baratza 40-grind adjustment options, it also has a second micro-adjustment lever that further divides the 40 settings into 11 distinct positions. These positions which are 10 microns each enable you to control the grind in a significant way, making for a more perfect shot. The powerful motor turns slowly resulting in a cooler, quieter operation while maintaining the essential flavors of the beans. The Baratza Preciso also comes with a Portaholder-a unique innovation which allows hand-free grinding directly into an espresso portafilter making it a hassle free and mess free experience.
