Coffee Caramel Cake Recipe

The combination of coffee and caramel is simply luscious. Eat it with your morning coffee or serve as a delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 ¾ cups sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding
¾ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup orange juice
½ cup coffee whitener
3 tsp baking powder
2 ½ cups flour
½ cup caramel chips, melted
Glaze:
½ stick margarine
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup coffee whitener
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coffee dissolved in 1 tsp boiling water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat eggs and sugars.
- Add pudding, oil, and the rest of the ingredients, in order.
- Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Heat margarine, brown sugar, and whitener over medium flame until smooth.
- In an electric mixer beat together with confectioner’s sugar, vanilla and coffee until smooth.
- Drizzle over cake.
