Chocolate Espresso Mousse Recipe

The most decadent mixture of chocolate and espresso ice cream you will ever have the pleasure of eating!
Ingredients:
8 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup double-strength brewed espresso
3 Tbsp Kahlua or any chocolate liquor
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 square bittersweet or semisweet chocolate for garnish
Instructions:
1. Combine the chocolate and espresso in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler. Stir until melted and smooth.
2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Mix in the Kahlua.
3. Using a beater, whip together the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a serving dish. Using a grater, grate the square of chocolate over the top of the mousse.
5. Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for 4 hrs. or overnight.
