Marvelous Chocolate Coffee Mousse Cups

The dreamy chocolaty combination makes this sublime!
Ingredients:
12 ounces chocolate chips
4 eggs, at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla extract
pint salt
1 cup strong, hot coffee (optional)
whipped cream (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Blend the chocolate chips, eggs, vanilla and salt.
2. While the mixture is blending slowly pour in the coffee. The coffee must be extremely hot for the mousse to get to to right consistency and texture. Blend for two minutes until the mixture is smooth and you don't see any bits of chocolate anymore.
3. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or mini mousse cups. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hous until the mixture sets and thickens.
4. Garnish each mousse cup with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
