Mocha Fondue Recipe

A heavenly fondue to complement any cake, or as a dipping sauce for your choice of fruits such as strawberries, bananas, kiwi etc.
Ingredients:
2 bars (7 ounces total) good quality bittersweet chocolate
1 cup whipped topping
1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in several drops hot water
½ tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
Instructions:
- In a saucepan on low-medium heat combine chocolate, whip, coffee, vanilla, and sugar.
- Heat and stir until melted and evenly combined.
- Keep warm on low heat.
Fondue dipping ideas:
Serve the mocha cream sauce with your choice of kiwis, pineapple slices, bananas, pretzels, marshmallows, berries, strawberries, grapes, dried apricots or larger size nuts. Or serve as a cream sauce for your favorite cake.
